instead of a booth or a seat that faces another direction.
#3.) Eat with minimum efficiency: Even when Chinese buffets offer
chop sticks, more than 91% of obese customers will choose to eat
with a fork. That means more food with each bite.
#4.) Try not to clean your plates: Most people always clean their plate until there's nothing left on it. Try not to, and if you don't want to
waste food, don't serve so much in the first place.
#5.) Chew more: Researchers monitored the chewing habits of the buffet patrons and found that the heaviest people chew their food an
average of 11.9 times before swallowing, while thin people chew their food an average of 14.8 times.

dive right in.
#7.) Don't skip breakfast: Studies have shown that people who regularly skip breakfast are 450% more likely to be obese than people
who always eat breakfast.
